- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms, with a focus on Meta (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Design and implement digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and messages across all digital platforms.
- Follow up on inquiries and ensure excellent customer engagement.
- Regularly update website content to ensure it is current, appealing, and optimized for SEO.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing reports and insights.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency in branding and message across all digital channels.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience with social media platforms (especially Meta).
- Strong creative skills with a flair for content creation (both visual and written).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of website content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
