DWC

Application

The Dayliff DWC range of heavy-duty submersible pumps with a specially designed cutter impeller is specifically designed for handling industrial and domestic wastewater and sewage containing high proportions of solid particles. Here are a few applications where the Dayliff DWC pumps can be used:

1. Sewage Systems: The DWC pumps are ideal for sewage pumping applications in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. They can handle wastewater containing solid particles, including sewage, human waste, and other organic matter. These pumps efficiently grind and pump the sewage, ensuring effective removal and transport to the sewage treatment system.

2. Effluent Treatment Plants: These pumps are suitable for effluent treatment plants where wastewater from various sources, such as industries, commercial buildings, and residential complexes, is treated before being discharged. The DWC pumps can handle effluent containing solid particles, ensuring efficient pumping and transfer to the treatment process.

3. Industrial Waste Water: In industrial settings where wastewater is generated as a byproduct of manufacturing processes, the DWC pumps can handle the disposal of wastewater containing solid particles, including suspended solids, fibers, and threads. They are capable of effectively pumping the wastewater to designated treatment or disposal areas.

4. Pumping Stations: The DWC pumps can be used in pumping stations that collect and transport wastewater from multiple sources, such as residential areas, commercial buildings, or industrial zones. These pumps can handle the challenging task of pumping wastewater with high solid content, ensuring the smooth operation of the pumping station.

5. Basement and Flooded Area Drainage: The Dayliff DWC pumps are also suitable for draining basements and flooded areas, especially in situations where the water contains a high proportion of solid particles. These pumps can effectively remove the water, including debris and solid waste, preventing further damage and ensuring a dry environment.

It's important to note that the specific model and specifications of the Dayliff DWC pump should be selected based on the particular application requirements, including the flow rate, head, and the type and concentration of solid particles present in the wastewater. Consulting the manufacturer's guidelines and recommendations is essential for proper pump selection and installation.
